"Island Breeze Rentals have been my eyes and ears for my vacation rental home in the Florida Keys over the past several years. Many times issues arise and having Island Breeze as my management company has eliminated most of my worries as an out-of-town owner. They handle my licensing, maintenance, bookings and various other details involved. The only thing I have had to do is inform the staff the dates that my family will be using the home and just trust that they are working diligently to keep the condition of my home at a certain level of quality and getting the most revenue the economic market will allow. From time to time Dave, Christy or Michael have had to spend some of my rental revenue to fix a problem and keep a renter happy. I believe the greatest support I can offer as an owner is to realize that this is a cost of doing business. Due to this I have several happy return guests.
